Pet Policy
Corn Hill Landing Apartments is a pet- and animal-friendly community. We believe that animals are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet / animal ownership. We welcome cats and dogs and accept a maximum of two animals per apartment for a $300 one-time, non-refundable pet / animal fee. Dog owners are responsible for paying $60.00 a month in pet rent per dog, and cat owners pay $40.00 a month in pet rent per cat. Breed restrictions may apply. Pet / animal interview required.
